As a rental company of baby and children's equipment, we believe it is important to inform our customers about our products and services in the best possible way
In the webshop, you can very easily choose the products you want by category or via the search bar. You choose a rental period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months or 24 months. The rental period may vary per product. At checkout in the shopping basket, you indicate to which address and when the products should be delivered. The order is final once payment has been processed and you have received a confirmation e-mail. If you would like help or a customised order, we will be happy to help you via info(at)expatpremiumrental.com.
You can cancel up to 48 hours after placing your order. The amount paid will then be refunded via the same payment method used to pay for the order.
Cancel later than 48 hours, we will charge a compensation of 20% of the total amount of your rented basket.

Expat Premium operates all over Belgium. For delivery outside Belgium, you can always contact us at info(at)expatpremiumrental.com. Then we will check together whether this is feasible.
We guarantee that all products are inspected, cleaned and disinfected by our professional partner before they are made available to the next customer. Only biodegradable cleaning products that are not harmful to nature are used.
All our products comply with the latest, European safety standards. We always stay up to date on new regulations and thus help to ensure an absolutely safe environment for your child.
Expat Premium Rental accepts several online payment methods via a secure environment: iDeal, online banking (including Bancontact) and credit cards. If you have problems with online payment, please contact us at info(at)expatpremiumrental.com.
We do not work with a deposit system, but we do have a mandatory insurance that is included in the rental price of the item.
Please contact us within 24 hours at info(at)expatpremiumrental.com or by phone via customer service. Always mention your name, address and the exact description of the problem and the product. We will then help you as soon as possible.
At the checkout of the order, you will be asked for the address and delivery date each time. Depending on the rental period, you will receive confirmation from us when the products will be picked up again.
Expat Premium Rental takes care of delivery and collection itself. Deliveries are always made on weekdays between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. It is not possible to collect or return your products yourself.

You can order from us as soon as you know what products you need.At checkout, you can specify when you want to receive the products. You must place your order at least 10 working days in advance. You can also indicate that the products can be delivered later. Deliveries are always made on weekdays between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
No, this is not possible. Expat Premium Rental does its own delivery, and its own collection. We do not have a pick-up depot.
At Expat Premium Rental, we understand that baby products are utensils and children, in their urge to explore the world, sometimes get things dirty or damage things. We therefore distinguish between normal use damage and abnormal damage when it comes to damage.
- Normal usage damage: Minor damage, inconspicuous stains or wear and tear incurred during normal use are inherent to re-use of products by children and are accepted by Babybarn, just as we ask our customers to accept this.
In these cases, customers should not worry and Expat Premium Rental will take care of cleaning and minor repairs.
- Abnormal damage: Damage in which larger parts or the entire product must be replaced to bring the product back into rotation to Expat Premium Rental quality standards. As our products are made of high-quality and sturdy materials, such damage only occurs in case of misuse of the products, an accident or failure to intervene/clean in time if the product becomes soiled. Such cases are at your own risk as a customer.
In these cases, you as the customer will be held responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged product.
Expat Premium Rental is not responsible or liable for theft, loss or intentional damage. If your product is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service immediately by phone within 24 hours. You can claim the stolen or lost product on your own liability insurance.
